Cooking Tips:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
The time required to cook a turducken depends on its weight, but it typically takes 20–30 minutes per pound. The turducken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Cover turducken loosely with aluminum foil or with an aluminum roasting pan. Remove foil for the last hour of roasting to brown skin.
Let turducken rest for 30 minutes before carving.
