PM Busser/Dishwasher/Milkhouse
Responsible for daily cleaning of all dishes, cleanliness of the dining room, dipping ice cream and preparing food and dessert items
PM & Weekend Host(ess)/Server
Responsible for warmly greeting guests on arrival.  Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests.  Oversee that tables are waited on in a timely manner. Provide friendly, responsive service aimed at creating exceptional dining experiences for all of our guests.
Buffet Attendant
 Evenings and weekends Keep the buffet stocked, clean and food at appropriate temperatures, interact with public in polite, professional manner.
Morning Line Cook
Accurately and efficiently cook menu items as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.  Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation.
Produce Prep Kitchen
Responsible for preparing specialty produce recipes and fruit trays, proper stocking and rotation of merchandise in the produce department. Associates are expected to be able to answer customer questions regarding produce.
PM Produce Associate
Responsible for proper stocking and rotation of merchandise in the produce department. Associates are expected to be able to answer customer questions regarding produce.
Prep Cook
Accurately and efficiently prepare recipes as well as preparing food products for the kitchen line and buffet areas.  Also perform other duties in the areas of safe food handling with Serv Safe guidelines.
PM Bagger/Cashier
Responsible for bagging groceries for our customers, collecting shopping carts from cart return areas, working outdoors in various climates and helping customers load groceries into their vehicles. Responsible for operating the cash register, computers, payment processing equipment and scanners in the store. Providing a pleasant and friendly experience for customers passing through your line.
FT/PT Gift Shop Manager
The Gift Shop Manager oversees the operation of the gift shop including training employees, purchasing product, displaying product, managing back stock inventory, and providing a welcoming, clean, safe shopping environment for our customers.
Full Time Assistant Kitchen Manager
Includes 3-4 evenings per week, three weekends and a minimum of two Sundays per month. Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control. The primary role of the Assistant Kitchen Manager is one that will focus on preparation, high food quality, sanitation, cleanliness and training of new employees.
