Line cook | Accurately and efficiently cook menu items as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation. Morning and Afternoon/Evening Shifts available minimum of two weekend shifts per month. |
Deli Associate | Provide customer service in the dept. Responsible for keeping the service and self-service case looking nice and wrapping products as necessary. Responsible for preparation of cold sandwiches/wraps. Responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of the Dept. 24 -32 hours per week. Flexible scheduling including taking turn for closing shift. Minimum two weekends per month. |
Seafood Associate | Seafood associates are also responsible for keeping the department and reach-in case clean and tidy. A seafood associate is responsible for customer service in the dept. They will also do packing and wrapping of seafood items for pre-packed cases, and recipes for making salads and other seafood entrees. 18 – 35 hours per week. AM shifts available. Minimum of two weekends per month. |
Front End Associate | Friendly customer service oriented person to attend to parking lot and cashier. Evenings and weekends. Must be 16 + years old. |
Restaurant Entry Level Associate | Includes training in Ice Cream Shop, Dish Washing, Buffet Attendant, Bussing and Salad Packaging. 15 – 20 hours/week minimum of two weekends per month including one Sunday morning shift. |
Closing Kitchen Supervisor |
PT or FT, Two weekends per month. Assist / work the line, prep, and buffet.
Closing responsibilities would include but not limited to:
Following checklists for each BOH area for proper closing and turning off of equipment. Additionally, responsible for working in dish-room to help them get out as fast as possible / being able to break down the dishwasher and clean properly.
Assist with any special orders / order prep work. minimum 2 years kitchen experience, and $17/hour based on experience
