| Kitchen Manager | FT, flexible availability including some weekends and evenings. Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees . $24 – $28/ hour based on experience. | AM Line Cook | Full or part time. Hours: 5/6 am – 1/2pm. $18+/hour based on experience. Willing to train! Must accurately and efficiently cook menu items as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation. |
| PM Kitchen Supervisor | Full or part time. Able to learn and supervise people in all Back of House positions. Line/Prep Cook, Buffet, Dish-room etc. Previous kitchen experience required. 18+ years preferred. Flexible starting time between 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm through 9:00-10:00 pm |
| Prep Cook | Approx. 24 hours/week. Shifts includes every other weekend. Accurately and efficiently prepare recipes as well as preparing food products for the kitchen line and buffet areas. Also perform other duties in the areas of safe food handling with ServSafe guidelines |
| Deli Assoc./Cook | 24 – 32 hours per week, included weekends. Includes deli tasks of customer service, slicing meats and cheeses, making ‘take and heat’ meals. |
| Milk Processing Bottle Handler | A processing associate is expected to be able to work efficiently while ensuring that all machines are functioning properly. Maintain sanitation standards and keep both the department and workstation organized. Average 10 hours per production day shift. Physical requirements: lifting up to 100 lbs, working in a fridge/freezer space, frequent bending & standing. |
