Thank you for contacting Oregon Dairy regarding your donation request. We take pride in donating to our community. Donations will be given in form of product or Oregon Dairy Gift Cards. No cash donations will be made. Donation Criteria:
- Request must be submitted at least 30 days before pick-up date and will be reviewed in a
timely manner. - All requests must be submitted using this application. Incomplete applications will not be
considered. - Upon approval, you will receive an email or phone call.
- Please note that a previous donation does not guarantee a donation will be offered again for a
